MBL Corporation member Dr. Walter Troll died May 21, 2006 from complications of multiple sclerosis.
Dr. Troll was a Professor at NYU Medical Center for many years. He was Assistant Director of the May Institute for Medical Research in Cincinnati, OH from 1951-1954 and a Research Associate in the Cancer Research Institute at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston from 1954-1956. Dr. Troll occupied a summer lab at the MBL for many years owned a home in Woods Hole.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine, sons Mark and Victor, daughters-in-law Lalli and Nell and grandchildren, Emily, Phoebe, Maya and Rajan.
