Lodging and Meals:
- $156.55/day Single Occupancy ($84.00/room, $72.55/board)
- $118.55/day Double Occupancy ($46.00/room, $72.55/board)
Registration Fee: $20.00 per conference registrant
Breaks
- Basic $3.15/person/break - coffee, asst. teas, water, juice (am) or soda (pm)
- Standard $4.20/person/break - add pastry (am) or cookies (pm). Hand fruit, please add $.75/person
- Deluxe $6.80/person/break (includes Standard Break plus one of the following):
- Individual yogurts and granola with hand fruit
- Potato chips with dip nachos with salsa
- Cheese & crackers
- Fruit & veggie tray
Pre-Dinner Mixers/
Mixers/Receptions:
- $14.00 per person for up to two hours or 11:00pm whichever comes first (wine/beer/soda/bottled water/appetizers).
- Full Bar is $19.80 per person.
Please note if your mixer/reception goes over the two-hour limit, you will be subject to additional charges of either $7.00pp (beer/wine) or $10.20pp (full bar) for each additional hour up to 11:30pm.
A la carte Meals:
- Breakfast: $13.00/person
- Lunch: $19.30/person
- Dinner: $40.25/person
- Traditional New England Lobster Boil: $51.00/person based on market rate
Veggie options are included with all meals.
Meeting Rooms $300.00/day/room
Poster Session $400.00 flat fee (can accommodate up to 70 posters)
Pre-Conference Registration Service (Mail In): $30.00/per registrant
Please note there is a firm three-day (72-hour) cancellation policy. Any cancellations made under the 72-hour deadline will be subject to full charge. This applies to both meals and lodging.
