Conference Rates - 2008

• $156.65/day Single Occupancy ($84.00/room, $72.65/board)
• $118.65/day Double Occupancy ($46.00/room, $72.65/board)

Technology Fee: Included in the price of room. For those participants not staying in MBL guest housing, there will be a $15.00 technology fee.

Breaks

• Basic $3.15/person/break - coffee, asst. teas, water, juice (am) or soda (pm)
• Standard $4.20/person/break - add pastry (am) or cookies (pm). Hand fruit, please add $.75/person
• Deluxe $6.80/person/break (includes Standard Break plus one of the following):
  • Individual yogurts and granola with hand fruit
  • Potato chips with dip – nachos with salsa
  • Cheese & crackers
  • Fruit & veggie tray

Mixers/Receptions:
$14.00 per person for up to two hours or 11:30pm whichever comes first (wine/beer/soda/bottled water/appetizers). Full Bar is $19.80 per person. Please note if your mixer/reception goes over the two-hour limit, you will be subject to additional charges of either $7.00pp (beer/wine) or $10.20pp (full bar) for each additional hour up to 11:30pm.

A la carte Meals:

• Breakfast: $13.00/person
• Lunch: $19.30/person
• Dinner: $54.25/person includes up to one hour social hour – or – $40.25/person without pre-dinner social hour
• Traditional New England Lobster Boil: $51.00/per person – or – $56.00/person with pre-dinner beer and wine. $61.00 Lobster Boil plus full bar.
  Please note: Prices vary based on market rates. Veggie options are included with all meals.

Meeting Rooms $300.00/day/room

Poster Session $400.00 flat fee (can accommodate up to 70 posters) per building

Pre-Conference Registration Service (Mail In): $30.00/per registrant
Pre-Conference Registration Service (On-Line): $20.00/per registrant

Please note there is a firm three-day (72-hour) cancellation policy. Any cancellations made under the 72-hour deadline will be subject to full charge. This applies to both meals and lodging.
